Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy, please provide no less than 24 hours notice to cancel.

Late Policy

If you arrive late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

Weather

If we are experiencing bad weather and poor driving conditions I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Policy

When no effort is made to inform us of your absence, you may be billed for 30% of your missed session. No shows, and repeat cancellations will be required to pay in advance for future bookings.
