Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please notify me no less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment if you cannot make it.
I can be reached by phone, text, or email.
If I am with a client I may not be able to respond right away, please leave me a message.

Late Policy
If you arrive late to your appointment, I will do my best to accommodate you.
Please know that your session may be shortened to respect other clients' scheduled times. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. You may let me know at that time if you agree to a shortened session or would prefer to reschedule.

Weather
If we are experiencing bad weather and poor driving conditions I will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

No-Show Policy
When no effort is made to inform us of your absence you may be billed for 50% of your missed session.

I understand that sometimes situations may arise that are beyond your control (sudden illness, family emergencies etc.) and an exception may be made.
