A lower leg circulation massage is a shorter massage that can be enjoyed on its own or can be added as an enhancement to another session. It's a lovely complement to Foot Reflexology or Reiki. The focus of this massage is to release muscle tension, pain and fatigue in the lower limbs. It's a great boost to circulation and helpful for oedema. Excellent for tired, aching legs. The session is completed with refreshing hot towels for your feet .
