A first Reflexology session is 90 minutes.
The extra 30-minutes are for intake.
We will complete a brief health history to learn more about you. Then, relax and enjoy your choice of a full hand or foot reflexology session. Also included: soothing foot soak, hot towels, and foot or hand massage.
Excellent for relaxation, and tension relief, eases body aches and pain, helpful for boosting circulation, loosens tight hand and foot muscles.
Reflexology is helpful for anxiety relief and beneficial for insomnia. It is great for improving digestion, relieving headaches and congestion, and works to flush excess fluids from the body, and much more.

Foot Reflexology
So relaxing and so good for you. A simple and effective way to help your body achieve its natural balance.
Enjoy a soothing foot soak then recline on your choice of a warm massage table or nestle into a cozy zero gravity chair. Massage and acupressure are applied to your feet to stimulate your body's reflexes, relax muscles, boost circulation, and calm your mind.
Moisturizing balm, gentle foot massage and hot towels complete your session.

Hand Reflexology
Hand Reflexology is just as beneficial as a foot reflexology session! It is extremely comforting and relaxing.
A treat for stiff, sore, aching hands. Excellent for people who work with their hands, have repetitive stress injuries, or arthritis. Helpful for relaxation, improving circulation and range of motion, easing pain, neuropathy, and anxiety, loosens congestion, relieves fluid retention and more.
While cradled in a comfortable zero-gravity chair, gentle massage and focused acupressure are applied to the reflex points of your hands and forearms. The session is completed with a soothing hand massage with natural oils and warm towel wraps.

Hot Stone Reflexology
Add an extra level of "ahhh" to your reflexology session.
All the benefits of Reflexology with the soothing warmth of hot stones. The heat from the stones penetrates deeply into tissue and reaches reflexes on a more intense level.
Warmed basalt stones are used to access the reflex points of your feet or hands, are placed on tender areas to soothe, or are swept over areas as massage.
Foot: Begin with a soothing foot soak then recline on a warm massage table.
Hand: Begin with warm towel wraps and nestle into a zero gravity chair.
Moisturizing balm, gentle massage and hot towels complete your session.

Reiki
Relax, unwind, and centre & ground yourself mentally and physically through a healing and relaxing Reiki session.
Reiki leaves you feeling deeply calmed, relaxed, and balanced - providing different and positive experiences each time.
Excellent for relieving mental and physical tension. Helpful for improving mental focus. Great for relieving anxiety, stress, and insomnia. Reiki is gentle on your body and empowering for your mind.

Rejuvenating Face Massage
A facial acupressure massage, but so much more ...
Close your eyes, relax and begin with energy balancing and grounding, followed by gentle stretching of limbs, massage of hands and feet, massage of neck and shoulders, ear acupressure, scalp acupressure, and finally, focused massage of the delicate facial skin.
Addresses areas of tension, improves circulation and oxygenates the skin. Reduces puffiness, flushes toxins, tones and rejuvenates. It leaves your skin glowing and your soul feeling refreshed.

Indian Head Massage
This beautiful ancient practice provides you with a sense of peace and calm, relaxes tense head and neck muscles and is very beneficial for your hair and scalp.
Recline on a warm massage table, or, sit in a comfortable chair with a warm blanket. Enjoy a tension-relieving massage of your face, scalp, and neck - with or without the use of warm oil (your choice). It leaves you feeling blissful.

Little Paradise
Pamper yourself with Indian Head Massage, Hand Massage, Foot Reflexology, and Reiki
A head-to-toe pampering session.
Start with a warm Epsom salt foot soak. Close your eyes, relax and enjoy facial acupressure and scalp massage to boost circulation and give your skin and hair a healthy glow.
Your hands receive some TLC with massage and warm towels.
Enjoy a mini foot reflexology session, soothing foot massage and warm towel foot wraps.
The session is completed with Reiki to ground and centre your mind and body.
This session can be customized.

Hot Stone Indian Head Massage
Add hot stones to your Indian Head Massage for an extra level of "ahh". The heat from the stones reaches deeply into muscles and tissues, amplifying the effects of face, scalp, and neck massage.
Great for relief of tension, stress, headache, insomnia and more. Experience relaxation and release.

Lower Leg Circulation Massage
A lower leg circulation massage is a shorter massage that can be enjoyed on its own or can be added as an enhancement to another session. It's a lovely complement to Foot Reflexology.
The focus of this massage is to release muscle tension, pain and fatigue in the lower limbs. It's a great boost to circulation and helpful for edema. Excellent for tired, aching legs.

Hello! I'm Kim, Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist.
Welcome to Quiet Reflexology
Quiet Reflexology is a small, friendly, home-based business.
My goal is to help you feel comfortable and welcome and for you to experience relaxation and better health through reflexology.
I understand pain and anxiety - and in my own healing journey, I found Reflexology to be a life-saver. I am fascinated by it's benefits and effects and I am dedicated to continued learning and sharing new and up-to-date information and techniques with my clients.
Having a reflexology session means taking a proactive step toward your good health. Reflexology is an excellent addition to your wellness regime. With regularly scheduled sessions, your body finds and then maintains its natural rhythm and balance. When your body is in balance it can then do what it does best, heal itself.
In addition to Foot, and Hand Reflexology, I am pleased to offer a selection of relaxing and natural therapies in a peaceful and comfortable setting. As of December 2023, I began to study Oncology Care Reflexology techniques to support people experiencing side effects of cancer.
